Sarah Palin’s New Fitness Book: The Caveman Diet

There’s word that former Alaska governor Sarah Palin — known in the foodie world for her moose stew recipe and love of fresh-caught (and we do mean “caught”) organic fare — will be penning her own fitness and food-related book.

According to People magazine online, Palin called the project a “unique and motivating book…on fitness and self-discipline,” and made mention of her family’s love of “homemade comfort foods.”

No hint at a title, but Palin made one promise in her quote from People: “What…we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy.”

We just hope she’ll include some tips on how to skin a fresh kill, or maybe a “how-to” for deboning wild-caught Alaskan salmon….

Just in case Palin is in a creative rut, here’s a few ideas for a future title:

Suggested Title No. 3: Wilderness-to-Table: Go Hunting and Eat Organic
