Iron Fork is one food event worth driving down to Miami for. On October 18 from 7 – 10 p.m., Grand Central will turn into a food lover’s dream, with nearly 40 of Miami’s best restaurants serving up good food.

Thirsty? Have your fill of refreshing libations from the open bar while enjoying live music from Mad World Orchestra, DJ Supersede, and Robby Hunter.

But what really sets Iron Fork apart from other food events in south Florida are the battles which pit south Florida’s best and most creative chefs in extreme challenges of fire, smoke and skill.

This year, Blue Collar chef/owner Daniel Serfer takes on Phillip Bryant, chef de cuisine of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in a fight to the finish.

Like food trucks? Then you’ll want to see Palate Party’s Robyn Almodovar face Alfredo Montero from Mr. Good Stuff in the awesome food truck battle.

General-admission tickets cost $ 40 in advance ($ 50 at the door); VIP tickets are $ 70 in advance ($ 80 at the door). Click
