Everyone’s favorite local egg and dairy farm is all grown up and ready for its close up this morning on the Today Show. During the 10 a.m. hour with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb, husband and wife team Svetlana and Marty Simon and their Heritage Hen Farm in Boynton Beach will be featured.

Their posh hen house – err, mansion – is currently being sold in the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book Catalog for whopping $ 100,000.The luxurious, custom built hen house features multiple rooms to the hens including a living room and a brandy room.

It’s chicken farming for the super wealthy who are more into the novelty of urban farming than anything else, but $ 3000 of the cost is donated to the American Livestock Bree Conservancy, a nonprofit that works to preserve diversity in livestock breeds.

If you want to hear all about it, tune into the Kathie Lee and Hoda hour of the Today Show on NBC at 10 a.m. to catch the story.

Hertitage Hen Farm can be found from 9 a.m. to  2 p.m. every Saturday from October through May at the Delray Beach Greenmarket in Old School Square Park. Their raw milk, eggs, butter, and honey can be home delivered from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale by the Delivery Dudes. And their farmstand located
